Another wonderful stay at my favourite hotel. The rooms are luxurious and great location in Yorkville but what makes it really special are the staff. From Carol’s welcoming smile at reception through everyone else it feels like home from home. A total treat. Andrew

I love this boutique hotel. it has a great history and a very hip feel. the bar is retro and very cool. The pool and spa is awesome love the fireplace in the pool room. great costomer service from all, but especially at the bar.

Beautiful place for high tea. Amazing service..great attention to details. Scones were amazing..had to get more clotted cream! Jams were great compliments to the scones too. Finger sandwiches were tasty as well. Desserts were beautifully made and tasted just as amazing as it looked!!! Great selection of teas.
