Mixed feeling... very nice location, beautiful hotel, nice service, but some things not acceptable for a 5 star hotel and its price: mosquitoes all around the room (there should be a net and something plugged all the time), insects on breakfast buffet( not a couple of flies but hundreds packed on fruits cakes and even in honey etc), wifi not at the level expected, cold swimming pool (was supposed to be warmed)... in summary not at all the zen experience I expected and paid for...
