I would have rated this property 6 stars (or more!) if I could. Everything about Trisara is simply spectacular. We were a group of 7 and my family of four and our friends' niece stayed in a 2-bedroom, 3-bath villa with a private infinity pool overlooking the ocean, with the other couple in a 1-bedroom villa. Wow! The privacy, the service, the facility is truly stunning. Our villa came with a maid and she was fabulous without being intrusive. The moment we used a hand towel, it magically was replaced by a crisp, clean, new towel folded in its place.We had the pleasure of experiencing a lot of what the hotel has to offer in the three days we were there. Our first night at the hotel, we dined at PRU (Plant Raise Understand), their all-organic Micheline star restaurant and were dazzled by their 9-course tasting menu. Each course was as delicious as it was artistic. Each morning, we enjoyed the breakfast buffet overlooking the ocean, with an expansive menu offered for hot items not in the buffet. We even enjoyed complementary chair massages during breakfast.Our group took a Muay Thai lesson with their professional trainers and while some of us have a martial arts background and others do not, they were very patient and were able to adjust the intensity based on experience and had everyone in the group moving, sweating and learning something new.My 12 year old had wanted to get her hair braided the whole trip and their lovely staff at the spa were able to accommodate.We had the pleasure of visiting Trisara's impressive organic farm where they source the ingredients for the restaurant PRU. Their staff gave us a tour of the farm by foot, and then we jumped on mountain bikes to explore their 236+ acres of land. It was very hot and so upon returning to the main part of the farm, we were greeted by cold towels and fresh coconut juice, and then treated to the most lovely lunch prepared by their chefs, using some of the ingredients we picked on our walking tour.Our last evening at Trisara, we had the pleasure of having a drink with Anthony, the General Manager who conceptualized and lovingly built Trisara. We heard the fascinating background of how the resort came to be, and even how the resort, staff and guests lived through the devastating tsunami that literally washed over the hotel's property back in 2004.We ended our stay with a private meal in our villa that was prepared for our group of 7 by the staff. What a special experience this was. From the flower "bracelets" at each place setting, to the beautiful centerpiece, to the service of the staff and the incredible food, not a detail was spared and it was a night to remember.Thank you Trisara for these amazing memories that will last a lifetime. I wholeheartedly recommend this gorgeous property to anyone who wants to experience the height of luxury, service and privacy nestled in the mountains of Phuket.

The experience I had here was so awesome, The customer Service Care was something I had no other experience. I will recommend it for everyone to use this medium and get yourself and family a real treat.

Location, restort and people, all just the best. We were literally feeling to be in paradise, the food is exceptional and the staff is incredible. We will return certainly in February as in September the weather is not so good cause the monsoon season.
