We eat there last week.The ambience is fabulous, the staff charming and the food is top class. there is little to fault this beautiful hotel and spa. Everything is done with taste and in sympathy with the history. A must for all those who visit Palma.

A very nice hotel, although could feel a little nickel-and-dimey at times. Beware the 5 euro bottles of water (only complimentary at breakfast). Breakfast was very good. Pools are lovely. Staff are very friendly and helpful; Maria at breakfast especially so. Housekeeping is top-notch and very thorough.

Beautiful, spacious hotel with a rustic charm, quiet romantic surroundings, incredibly nice and helpful staff, and great food! We absolutely enjoyed our stay with our 9 month old son - oh yes, child friendly too!
