Good Room and very clean. Staff are cordial. Located outside the city. Location is so so. The food quality is poor and service standard is below par.The housekeeping and other service staff can't talk either in Hindi or English. Difficult to communicate with them.The restaurant staff disobliged for breakfast of choice. Also please check the menu rates and the actual bill. I was overcharged twice. On intervention, they revert back the extra charges. The staffs are not adequately trained in Hospitality industry standards.The hotel ambience is good with quiet and calm atmosphere.

+The staffs and the interior of the room.-The bathrooms and the plumbing works like water is not going its stucked in the bathroom.. The current is flexuous... electricity is not regular.

The ambience and service was the best part of my stay here. The staff were courteous and professional, especially one Mr. Appukuttan who tended to all our needs throughout our stay. The rooms were quite spacious and spotless. Overall I had a pleasant time here and I will be happy to return.
