Great experience, beautiful newly renovated rooms. Shame that the hotel was partly under construction that we missed out on the rooftop bar. The hotel was a bit far from the heart of Venice, but stunning design property, helpful staff.

This rating is for the restaurant/breakfast. And it is excellent! Everything we ordered was fantastic: pancakes with fruit and syrup, french toast, eggs Benedict with avocado. Omelette was good but not exceptional. I will say the portions were a bit small, especially for the price. But I would go at least once when in Venice because of how good it is and how hard it can be to find fantastic American breakfast food in Europe.

When we booked the two rooms, I emailed the hotel with some questions. They were very helpful and quick to respond. I appreciate that. When we arrived, they staff were super friendly and helpful. What delighted me was when we wanted to sit out on the patio, didn’t stop us even tho the bar was closed. Instead they accommodated us with our drinks and request. I love when hotels don’t use the word “NO” instead they try to offer service to their guests. Service is very much in the details, and the staff and hotel were very good with the details.
