Oxygen Jungle Villas - Costa Rica

4x4 Only 

You will need to drive to Uvita, Puntarenas. From Juan Santamaria International Airport take the main road to San Jose (This road is CR1). Follow this road to the end and turn toward Escazu. You are now on toll road 27. Take the Jaco Exit to find yourself on Route 34. Once you are on Route 34 you continue until you pass the towns of Jaco (Great for stopping at a restaurant) Quepos  and Dominical.  Uvita is 20 km past Dominical on Route 34.

We suggest you exchange at least $5 US dollars into Costa Rican Colones for the tolls on the highway.

From Uvita, Puntarenas

• Before the BCR (bank) take the paved road to the left going towards the mountains
• The paved road becomes a dirt road after 200 meters
• Follow this road until you see a small cemetery on your right
• Take the first left after the cemetery up the mountain, you will see a O2/Oxygen sign pointing to the left 
• Drive past the "Catarata", a small restaurant/bar that borders the waterfall
• Keep following the road until you cross a small bridge with a small stream 
• Continue on this road and keep to the left (you will see a sign to Oxygen to the left)
• Take the next road on the right, you will see a O2/Oxygen sign
• Follow this road for a little bit, you will cross another small concrete bridge and several houses
• After continuing on this road you will come to the white walled and gated entrance to Oxygen: Welcome!
