Having visited the area many times, we felt compelled to create a unique boutique lodge, that provides guests with contemporary style and a luxurious environment, in which to enjoy the very best of Kenya's Masai Mara. Offering the finest safari
accommodation, Ngerende, is the result of our four year 'labour of love'.
Ngerende has been stylishly designed to provide the ideal safari experience where comfort, luxury and outstanding personal service combine naturally with the beautiful wilderness of the Masai Mara.
The boutique lodge offers exclusive accommodation, as we can sleep just 14 guests in individual and contemporary designed suites. All seven rooms offer stunning views of the Mara River. Whilst in the main building, the dining room extends onto the
verandah overlooking the Mara River and the nearby hippo pool.
There is an abundance of wildlife all protected by the conservation ranch and an exclusive project to rear White Rhino so that they can take their place back in the Mara society to which they belong.

The Ngerende Island Lodge is amazing place. Am encouraging every visitor who would like to visit Masai Mara game reserve to stay over there. The hospitality is good and also the lodge is next to the Mara River where visitors are able to see the hippopotamus and the crocodiles as they swim in the swimming pool. I loved the place. Congrats Ngerende Island Lodge.

Stayed there with my family in August of 2018. We were extremely impressed at the genuine hospitality and professionalism of the staff. The manager genuinely loves, and is experienced at his profession, and this is reflected in the quality of service we enjoyed. The chef does an excellent job as well, and the food was memorable! The game drives were lots of fun, and our guide knowledgeable and v.personable.
