Truly exceptional service from all employees. All were gracious & kind. The location was perfect - just outside the walls of Old Quebec in a less tourist-centric area, but still completely safe & extremely quaint. The breakfasts were exceptional - don’t skip the croissants or the marbled pound cake. The room was clean, had many included amenities (espresso!), and the bed was soft & comfy. I highly recommend this hotel to couples, business travelers, and anyone else looking for a wonderful, peaceful experience in Quebec City!
