Bursa is a rich city full of Ottoman glory and religious memories. We don't know how others find the air in Bursa, we find it very good and healthy. Here we visit old buildings with the authenticity and extraordinary beauty we always hoped for and examine everything in detail. Now we will try to describe it:
In many places in the center of the city we come across great fortifications, ruins, majestic inns.
And, among many other ruins, we see the magnificent Green Tomb with its inscription intact. During the Ottoman period, it was built with thick brick walls, later covered with marble and decorated with hexagonal tiles. It is one of the most prominent works of history with its richly embroidered gates. Both in the city center and elsewhere in the city, we are enchanted by the images of plane trees scattered everywhere with their vibrant green leafy branches, so extraordinary and dazzling that we have never seen them before. Another thing we do the most is the Cumalıkızlık Village, where we walk from one street to another without knowing where to stop. To tell the truth, the biggest reward of our trips are the moments we accumulate when we set off with the motto "my path is my destination".
In the evening, we go to the Kitapevi Hotel, which is located in a special place high above the biggest bastion of the city walls. The shape of the mansion creates a beautiful view of Bursa. The hotel has special compilation books, depictions and many beautiful paintings. Many candles are lit for dinner at the tables in the courtyard. At this time of September, we eat their delicious wheat salads. When we stay in our favorite "suite with hammam", the pleasure of being in Bursa increases more than half. So far, we have never enjoyed anything more convenient and more beneficial to our nature than the hammam in our room. There is also the beautifully located and important Grand Mosque, about 10 minutes walking distance from this hotel.
