We enjoyed the genuine Japanese Hospitality and location of this hotel. The free cocktail hour was delightful and very much appreciated. The room was spacious, clean and quiet. I would gladly stay again at this location and recommend it to friends and family.

A fabulous hotel. Lovely staff. Big rooms. Great views of HAKONE forests and Mount Fuji. Elegant building with lovely interiors. A huge guest lounge (with free drinks!). Superb breakfast. World class restaurant. Located in a beautiful area.
