How to go to Monaco
There are a few ways to get to Monaco, depending on your location and the mode of transportation you prefer.
By air: The nearest airport to Monaco is Nice Côte d'Azur Airport (NCE), which is located about 15 km (9 miles) west of Monaco. From the airport, you can take a bus, train, taxi, or rent a car to get to Monaco. Some major airlines fly to Nice Cote d'Azur Airport from many destinations around the world.
By train: Monaco has its own train station, Gare de Monaco, which is located in the center of the city. The train station is served by the French national rail system, SNCF, and by the local Monaco-Monte Carlo train.
