The staff on the front desk were very friendly and helpful. The check-in was smooth. We stayed in a Thames room which had a great view of Thames river. The Spa is excellent. The Banyan restaurant is just in front of the river Thames. The food is excellent. I like the Indian thali. The staff in the restaurant are very friendly. Breakfast is excellent. The hotel provides free shuttle service which is a good touch. The car parking is just £15.
