We have just spent 4 nights in this excellent hotel.The staff treat everyone with kindness,efficiency and courtesy. The hotel is well situated,close to centre of old town and within walking distance of several restaurants.If we ever visit Valencia again,we will definitely stay at this lovely hotel.

This is an excellent hotel in a great location with very good customer service. I've enjoyed the free gifts and I have enjoyed the dinner at the hotel restaurant. However, I did not quite get it why everybody at the table has to order the same tasting menu.

Our stay at this hotel was incredible from the moment we walked in.The location is perfect, close to center locations without the noise.The hotel is fully remodeled with incredible architecture.We were upgraded to a luxury room without even asking for it, the best part is we were surprised with a bottle of cava and a plate of fresh fruit and chocolates in our room just because!Everyone at the hotel, especially Sofia, made our stay a dream come true (our first time in Spain). We will continue to visit this location and other Hospes in Spain (Barcelona and Madrid) on our trip next year. Totally recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Valencia.
