Cumbalı Konak is a residence built by collecting stones from the ruined old Greek houses in the region believing that the most important witness to life in Alaçatı will be the stones. The residence which has Greek architectural design original to Alaçatı has 14 rooms three of which have bay windows. These seven rooms are each decorated differently and named after plants of the region. The residence has a “garden of peace” full of geranium, bougainvillea and lavender scents and offers a village breakfast with regional, organic, home-made products which all give the guests coming from the pace of the city the rest they long for.
