Summer continues to be lived to its fullest in Northern Aegean. After the olive groves and the gracefully lined hills of Assos come into view, the series of seas begins at the shore. Blue, blue, blue... In a state of being intoxicated by this scenery, I head towards Kadırga Bay. This is a long Blue Flag beach located 2 km from Assos.
Doesn't summer mean the sea-sand-sun triangle? I find myself at Club Kavala Beach Hotel, where I can enjoy the nature of Kadırga Bay under palm and olive trees.
Kavala, which preserves its calm spirit and naturalness, is a wonderful place for me to enjoy swimming in a comfortable, serene environment. "Local" is the keyword here again. It's a natural snapshot of local charm without excess.
At Kavala, built on a garden amidst greenery, I wake up to the sound of birds in the garden rooms where I stay, and enjoy delicious, appetizing products at the tables. Kavala is beautiful both during the day and at night. During the day, I swim in the sea, and at night, I enjoy a pleasant atmosphere with good music. After a morning walk in the bay, immediately jumping into the sea from the pier to cool off makes me feel glad I came! Being happy is actually that simple...
I recommend not missing this place where you can enjoy the color of the sea. Most of the rooms have their own balconies or small verandas. It is ideal for families with children. For those flying in, Edremit Airport is 85 km away.
While you're here, I recommend visiting Behram, Adatepe Village, and the Zeus Altar.
