The property is beautiful. The staff is excellent, very friendly and accommodating. My room was lovely but the beds weren’t good. The king is 2 Twin beds put together without a topper... I asked immediately for that to be rectified and it wasn’t. The bed shifted a lot as I tended to end up in the middle! I asked to speak to manager & he never got back to me until Check our when I showed him the pictures. At that point I was only offered a small discount if I return. To be a high end resort the really should have better bedding and true king sized beds.... as I actually went to rest!! And I didn’t get that in an uncomfortable bed.
